Vivo X50 series India launch will be on Thursday, July 16th at 12pm IST, the company has confirmed. This means the Vivo X50 and X50 Pro will arrive in India ahead of the OnePlus Nord, which is scheduled to launch in India on July 21st. The Vivo X50 and X50 Pro are set to be the first smartphones in India with the Snapdragon 765G 5G chipset. The Vivo smartphones also tout a premium design language and a new gimbal camera stabilisation. The upcoming mid-range smartphones will go on sale on Flipkart following their launch.

In addition to the Vivo X50 series, the company may also launch its first pair of truly wireless earbuds in India. 91mobiles exclusively reported last week that Vivo will launch the Vivo TWS Earphone Neo in India alongside the X50 series. The earphones have already been launched in China with features like 14.2mm drivers, 27-hour battery life, Bluetooth 5.2, and aptX Adaptive support, among other things.

As for the Vivo X50 and X50 Pro, the smartphones tout a sleek and premium design language coupled with a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. Both the smartphones are powered by the Snapdragon 765G chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM. The regular Vivo X50 houses a 4,200mAh battery, while the Pro model gets a bigger 4,315mAh capacity and both phones support 33W fast charging.

The Vivo X50 series touts a quad camera setup that includes a 48MP Sony IMX598 primary sensor, a 13MP Samsung sensor, an 8MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. Up front, the phones get a 32MP selfie camera. The Vivo X50 measures 7.49mm in thickness and weighs 173 grams, making it one of the slimmest and lightest 5G phones in the market.

Realme C11 and Realme 6i India launch is scheduled for today. The vendor will be taking the wraps off the handsets via an online event in the country. Since both phones have been launched globally, the only piece that’s missing from the puzzle is Realme C11 and 6i price in India. As far as the specifications go, Realme C11 is a budget offering with MediaTek’s latest Helio G35 SoC ticking at its core, dual rear cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery. The Realme 6i, on the other hand, is expected to be a rebranded version of the Realme 6s, which touts mid-range Helio G90T SoC, 90Hz refresh rate display, and 48MP quad rear cameras. Alongside the smartphones, the company is also slated to launch Realme 10,000mAh 30W Dart Charge power bank in India.

Realme C11 specifications


Realme C11 will be India’s first smartphone with gaming-focused MediaTek Helio G35. The handset will sport a 6.5-inch HD+ waterdrop-notch display and dual 13MP + 5MP camera setup in a squarish module at the back. It’ll be powered by MediaTek Helio G35 SoC coupled with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU, 2GB RAM, and 32GB storage that is further expandable via microSD card. Software-wise, the handset will boot Realme UI atop Android 10 out of the box.

Apart from this, the Realme C11 will feature P2i splash-resistant design, 5,000mAh battery, and connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, and microUSB port.


Realme 6i specifications

Talking about Realme 6i, it may rock MediaTek’s Helio G90T SoC coupled with Mali-G76 GPU, 4GB RAM, and 64GB user-expandable storage under the hood. The handset could sport a 6.5-inch full-HD+ punch-hole display with 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3+ layer atop. The phone will reportedly flaunt quad cameras, headlined by a 48MP sensor, at the back and a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats. Other features may include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 4,300mAh battery, 30W fast charging tech, and Android 10-based Realme UI taking care of its software side of things. The Realme 6i is expected to be priced in India under Rs 15,000.
